COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT PRESENTS THE BETTER CITIES FILM FESTIVAL, A NON-PROFIT FUNDRAISER SHOWCASING LATINO URBANISM AND PLACEMAKING FILM
Better Cities Film Festival is coming to The Frida Cinema! Their mission is to collect, curate and present the very best films on the theme of making better cities, towns, and neighborhoods. Special Guest Guillermo Bernal will speak and present his film on Market Cities which was shown at the World Urban Forum.
All festival proceeds benefit Community Engagement, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization based in Orange County, CA, which supports artists and art programs that reimagine our shared spaces and stimulate social engagement, creative expression and collective empowerment.

All are invited to pop-up placemaking workshops, an urban film festival, and meals and mixers as we share our dreams and desires for Downtown Santa Ana.
